Our refund, returns and exchange policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you an exchange.
Also, to be eligible for an exchange, your item must be the same item you purchased from us (Zuma Wigs), unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
ALL returned items will be exchanged for same style as returned unit. Client can also choose to exchange for another style or color of same or approximate value as returned unit.
Replacements will be considered as custom orders and will be sent 2 to 3 weeks from date of reception of first item. Pictures of replacement item will be sent to client for confirmation before shipping. Response should be given within 48 hours.
We do not accept returns for refund.
Client is responsible for return shipping.
These are the situations where exchanges/replacements are not granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is used, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and a return address will be sent to you.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
You may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
