SHIPPING, RETURNS AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Except for custom orders, all wigs are shipped within 3 to 5 business days. Custom orders are shipped out in 2 to 3 weeks,

Our shipping partners are UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE (USPS), DHL AND FEDEX.

It is the responsibility of the customer to provide a safe place for parcel delivery as we will not be held responsible for package stolen from your delivery point eg front door, porch, etcetera.

DEFECTIVE WIG

We cover the return shipping cost of sending a defective wig. If we are to make a replacement or a new wig, it will be sent out in 2 weeks from date of receipt of returned wig.

WRONG ORDER

Exchange and Return of wrong product sent to you is covered by us,for example if you order for a knotless wig and we sent a cornrow wig to you. We will inspect the product sent back to us and make an exchange with the right products.

CHANGE OF STYLE/SIZE

We strongly advise you to send us your accurate head measurements/cap size as we will not be held responsible for ill fitting wig sizes.

If you wish to exchange a style which is the same as the one you requested for (for example if you request for a knotless frontal wig and we ship the right wig but you decided to get another style)

Kindly note that you will be responsible for the cost of shipping back to us and for us to ship the exchange back to you.

We do not accept refund or Cancellation of orders as all sales are final. We only accept exchange. Be rest assured the wigs that are going to be ship to you are exactly as seen on the website as we take our time to handpick our customers orders.

ALL RETURNED ORDERS WILL BE EXCHANGED. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS.
